G.S.R. 588 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Ser- vice ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Centia Government , in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely-
1. ( 1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Fourteenth Amendment Regulations , 1977
( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2 In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , against the head 'Rajasthan , ' for the entries , namely:---
( 1 ) Commissioner - cum - Secretaries / cx - officio Secretaries to Govern- ment.
11 9 ( ii ) Secretaries / Special Secretaries to Government
1 ( iii ) Chief Electoral Officer and Director of Election and ex - officio Secretary to Government

सा ० फा ०नि० 588 ( २ ) भारतीय प्रशासन मेवा ( सवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अविल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार राजस्थान सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( सवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में आगे सशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय प्रशामन सेवा सवर्ग सख्या का नियतन चौदह्वा संशोधन विनियम , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1955 की अनुसूची मे " रराजस्थान" शीर्षक के अधीन निम्नलिखित विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर :--
( i) आयुक्त सह सचिव पदेन सचिव 11
9 (ii) सचिव/ विशेष सचिव
( iii ) मुख्य निर्वाचक अधिकारी तथा निदेशक निर्वाचन तथा पदेन सचिव 1
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया रखी जाएगी :-
( i) आयुक्त सह सचिव पदेन सचिव 10
(ii ) श्रायुक्त और सचिव सह पदेन मुख्य निर्वाचक अधिकारी 1
( iii ) सचिव/ विशेष सचिव 10

1 ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Tenth Amendment Rules , 1977
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954, -
( a) In Schedule III A Posts carrying pay above the time scale in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments in the Table against the entry 'Rajasthan ' occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second and third columns , the following shall be substituted , namely-
Rs 2500-125/ 2-2750
( 1 ) Commissioner and Secreta- ry - Cum - Ex - officio Electoral Officer Chief
( b ) In Schedule III - B Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments ( including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale ) , in the Table against 'Rajasthan' occurring in the firsfirst column and the entry " Chief Electoral Officer and Director of Election and ex - officio Secretary to Government " occurring in the second column , shall be deleted .

सा० का० नि ० 589 ( श्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा श्रधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार " राजस्थान " सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) दसवां संशोधन नियम , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्न मे प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 ( ए ) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 की अनुसूची- III-- क में- राज्य सरक। रों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के वरिष्ट वेतनमान से ऊपर वेतन वाले पद सारणी मे "राजस्थान" शीर्षक के नीचे निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी :-
रु ० 2500-125 / 2-2750 "श्रायुक्त और सचिव पदेन मुख्य निर्वाचक अधिकारी "
( बी) अनुसूची- III- व में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के वरिष्ट वेतनमान बाले पद तथा विशेष वेतनमान के अतिरिक्त वेतन वाले पद सारणी मे " राजस्थान " शीर्षक के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टि "आयुक्त और सचिव पदेन मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी " को हटा दिया जाये ।
