S.O. 630(E)/18A/D3RA/77.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (63 of 1951), and in partial modification of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No S.O. 725(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 25th November, 1972, the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect the Indus- trial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the man- agement of the India Machinery Company Limited, Howrah[No. F. 25(28),'72-CUS] G.
