sub - section ( 1 ) of GS.R. 591 ( E ) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) rod with sub - rule ( 1 ) and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) , of rule 4 of the IPS ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the IPS ( Fixation of Cadre , Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely
1 ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) , Fourth Amendment Regulations , 1977
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette
2 In the Schedule to the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 under " RAJASTHAN " for the entry : -
"Principal, PolicePolice Training School-1 " the following entry shall be substitu- ted , namely
"Principal , Rajasthan Police Academy- 1 "

सा० का ० ति ० 591 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( काडर ) नियम 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम ( 1 ) और उप- नियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजस्थान सरकार से परामर्श करके भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( काडर सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में श्रीर मशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1 ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( काडर संख्या का नियतन ) , चौथ । सशोत्रत विनियम 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( काडर सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची में 'राजस्थान' नीचे--
"प्रिसिपल , पुलिस प्रशिक्षण स्कूल- 1 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "प्रिंसिपल राजस्थान पुलिस अकादमी -1" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

G.S.R. 592 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with rule 11 of the Indian Police Service ( Pay ) Rules 1954 , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , namely -
1 ( 1 ) These Rules may be called the Indian Police Service ( Pay ) Second Amend- ment Rules , 1977 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In Schedule III to the Indian Police Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , under the heading "B - Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Police Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale , " under " Rajasthan " , for the entry
"Principal , Police Training School " the following entry shall be substituted , namely .-
"Principal , Rajasthan Police Academy "

सा० का० मि ० 592 ( श्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम II के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियम , 1954 में और सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमो का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) दूसरा सशोधन नियम, 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगे ।

2. भारतीय पुलिस मेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 की तुतीय अनुसूची में, " ख - राज्य सरकारो के अधीन भारतीय पुलिस मेवा के ज्येष्ठ समय - मान में वेतन बाले पद, जिनके अन्तर्गत समथ- मान मे वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन वाले पद आते है " शीर्षक के नीचे , " राजस्थान " के नीचे,
"प्रिसिपल , पुलिस प्रशिक्षण स्कूल " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: -
"प्रिसिपल, राजस्थान पुलिस अकादमी " ।
