New Delhi , the 27th August 1977
G.S.R. 595 (E) -The following draft of certain ru'es further to anamend the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 , which the Central Government proposes to make , after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Paord , in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 33 of the Drı Es and Cosmetics , Act , 1940 ( 23 of 1940) , 1s hereby published , as required by the ' and sections , for the information of all persons likely to he affected thereby, and notice 19 hereby given that the sald draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of ninery days from the da e of publication of this notificat on in the Official Gazette
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period so specified will be taken into con ideration by the Control Government

सा० का० नि ० 595 ( श्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , ओषध और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम , 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की धारा 12 कौर 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्रौषध तकनीकी सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् , औषध और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम , THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II- SEC . 3 ( 1 ) 1756
1945 मे कतिपय और सशोधन करना चाहती है । जैसा कि उक्त धाराओ मे अपेक्षित है , प्रस्तावित संशोधनो का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है , जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है , और सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख से नब्बे दिन की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व उक्त प्रारूप या सुझाव किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त होंगे , केन्द्रीय सरकार उन पर की बाबत जो भी आक्षेप विचार करेगी ।
नियमों का प्रारूप
1. इन नियमो का नाम औषध और प्रसाधन सामग्री ( संशोधन ) नियम , 1977 है ।
2. औषध और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम , 1945 मे, --
( i) नियम 48 मे, 'श्रौषध' शब्द के पश्चात् " या प्रसाधन सामग्री " शब्द अन्त स्थापित किए जाऐगे ;
( ii ) अनूसूची ख के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्
