II Section 3 sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary,

For the existing paragraph 3, substitute the following.—

3. No person shall himself or by any person on his behalf manufacture or store for sale, sell or distribute any mild steel tubes made in the nominal bores and outside diametres stipulated in the specified stand- ards which do not bear the 'ISI' Certification Mark Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply in relation to export of mild steel tubes which do not conform to the specified standard but conform to any specifications required by the foreign buyer4 The residual quantities of sub-standard quality left with manufacturers/ traders can be disposed of by cutting pipes and tubes into length not in excess of 16 metres before being sold in the market [No. 7(3)/71-EIM] HARI BHUSHAN, Advisor (Teh.) and ex-officio Jt.
