S.O. 646(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub- section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O 41 (E) [No. 1205/F. No 414/2/76-IT(Inv)], dated 15th January, 1976 namely—

In the Table below the said notification, in column (2), against Serial No. 2, for the words and letters 'Shri D N Pande", the words and letters "Shri R. L. Malhotra" shall be substituted. [No 12/F.
