G.S R. 603(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1977 (11 of 1977), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 149-Customs, dated the 15th July, 1977, namely:—
In the said notification, after the words "viscose filament yarn", the words "and cuprammonium filament yam" shall be inserted
