NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd September, 1977
S O. 649(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958 namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Sixth Amendment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In the Schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, under the heading "MINISTRY OP HOME AFFAIRS", after entry 8, the following entry shall be Inserted, namely:—
2 "© THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SEC. 3(U)"
