SJt.O. 18-E.—Whereas the Central Government by the notification of-the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Defence No. SRO 39-E dated the 9th Septem- ber, 1976 had declared that for the administration of Delhi Cantonment, it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Delhi;
And Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment Delhi, it is desirable to extend the term of the office of the said Board;
Now, Therefore, in Bxercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1024 (2 of 1924), the Central Govern- ment hereby extends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of the 30th June, 1978.

S.R.O. 19-E.—In pursuance of sub-section (3), read with clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2), of section 14 of the Cantonments Act,, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government hereby notifies that the following persons have been nominat- ed by the Officer Commanding the Station to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Delhi with effect from 9th September, 1977 up to and inclusive of the 30th June, 1978, namely.—
1. Col S. N. Sarkar Nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14 2. Dr. A. J. Aloysius Nominated under clause (c) of sub-sec,tion (2) son of Shri Mathew of section 14
