No. D II-451(16/5)/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions contained in the Notification of even No dated the 30th August, 1973 and subsequently extended vide Notifications of the same number dated the 23rd February, 1974, 23rd August, 1974, 17th Feb- ruary, 1975, 10th September, 1975 and 14th March, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Part III, Section 2, shall continue to apply to the International Com- mittee of the Red Cross and its delegates till 31st August, 1978.
