G.S.R 609(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 95 Customs, dated the 25th June 1977 the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby exempt's coffee falling under Heading No 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, l975 (51 of 1975)), when exported out of India from so much of the duty o± customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs 1,300 per quintal
