No. DRAWBACK/PN-40/77.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No (602,2/70-DBK, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 25th August 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No DKAWBACK/PN-1, dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time.
(1) For sub item (a) of item (.A) of sub-serial No 2502 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely,—
(a.) (l) Collulosic Acetate Fibre content.
RE. 1.80 (Rupee one and paise eighty
only) per Kg.
(ii) Collulosic Viscose Fibre content
Rs. 1.60 (Rupee one and paise sixty
only) per kg.
The existing provisos shall continue.
(2) For sub-item (c) of item (i) of clause (C) of sub aerial No 2503 and t he entries relating there to the following shall be substituted, namely:-
(c) Collulosic Acctate Fibre
Rs 1.90 (Rupee one and paibe ninety
only) per Kg.
(cc) Collulosic Viscose Fibre
Rs. I 7o (Rupee one and paise seventy
onlv) per Kg..
