NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September 1977
S.O 675(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of sec- tion 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints Shrimati Renuka Devi Barkataki and Shri Tarun Gogoi, both members of Lok Sabha, vice Shri B. K. Daschow- dhury and Shri J M. Gowder, as members of the Tea Board established under sub-section (l) of the said section upto, and inclusive of, the 22nd August, 1978, and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Commerce No S.O 444(E), dated the 23rd August, 1975, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(a) for the entry in the first column against item 7, the following shall be
substituted, namely.—
'"SHRIMATI RANUKA DEVI BARKATAKI, 143-145, South Avenue, New Delhi-110011.";
(b) for the entry in the first column against item 8, the following shall be
substituted, namely:—
