ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd September 1977
S.O. 679(E)/18FB/IDRA/77.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S O. 545(E)/18FB/IDRA/75, dated the 27th September, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that: — (a) the enactments specified in the Third Schedule to the said Act shall not apply to the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Sen Raleigh Limited, Calcutta; and
(b) the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which the said industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of that Order m the Official Gazette, and all the rights,- privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date, shall remain suspended upto the 26th September, 1976;
2*g6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SEC. 3(ii) And whereas the Central Government 13 satisfied that the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year;Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2), of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the dura- tion of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 26th September, 19^.
