MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd September 1977
S.O 681 (E)/I8FB/IDRA/77.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Indus- trial Development) No S O 547 (E /18FB/IDRA/75, dated the 27th September, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order ), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the In- dustries (Development end Resignation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that- —
(a) the enactments specified in the Third Schedule to the said Act shall not apply to the industrial undertaking known as Messre Sen and Pandit Industries Limited, Calcutta, and
(b) the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settle- ments awards, standing orders of other instruments in force to which the said industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of that Order in the Official Gazette, and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date," shall remain suspended upto the 26th September, 1976,
