SO 690(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms} No S O 393(1), dated the 4th June ,1977, (relating to Shri Bansi Lal), namely:—

In the Annexure to the said notification in item 6 for the words 'being to Shri Mohan Lal, the words "belonging to Shri Manoharlal shall be substituted,[No, F 381/3/77-AVD.II1] R C MISRA, Addl Secy (2919)
