S.O. 691 (E ) . In pursuance of sub - clause ( 11 ) of clause (b ) of the Explanation to sub - section ( 1 ) of section 35CC of the Income- tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government , having regard to the stage of development ( including the extent of , and scope for , urbanisation ) of the areas concerned and other relevant considerations , hereby specifics the arcas shown in column (3 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed and falling outside the local limits of the municipality of cantonment board , as the case may be , shown in the corresponding entry in column ( 2) thereof, for the purposes of the above mentioned provisions of the Income - tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) .

का ० ग्रा ० 691 ( श्र ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्राय -कर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 35 ग ग की उपधारा ( 1 ) के स्पष्टीकरण के खण्ड ( ख ) के उपखण्ड ( ii ) के अनुसरण मे सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रों के विकाम के प्रक्रम ( जिसमे नगरीकरण का विस्तार और उसकी व्यापकता सम्मिलित है ) और अन्य मुमगत बातो को ध्यान में रखते हुए , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) मे दर्शित और उस के स्तम्म ( 2 ) मे की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में दर्शित , यथास्थिति , नगरपालिका या छावनी बोर्ड की स्थानीय सीमाओं के बाहर पडने वाले क्षेत्रो को , श्राय - कर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) के उपरोक्त उपबन्धो के प्रयोजनो के लिए, विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

यथास्थिति , नगरपालिक सीमानो या छावनी सीमाओ से सभी विशाम्रो मे 10 कि० मी ० दूरी तक के सभी क्षेत्र ।
3. श्रागरा , इलाहबाद , अमृतसर , भोपाल , कोचीन, कोयम्बतूर , धनबाद , ग्वालियर, इन्दौर , जब्बलपुर , जयपुर , जमशेदपुर, लुधियाना, मधुराई, पटना, सेलम , शोला- पुर, श्रीनगर, सूरत , तिरुचिरापल्ली , त्रिवेन्द्रम , वाराणसी ( बनारस ) और बदोषरा ( बड़ौदा ) ।
4. अन्य कोई नगरपालिका या छावनी बोर्ड । यथास्थिति , नगरपालिक सीमाभों या छावनी सीमाओं से सभी दिशाभो मे 8 कि० मी ० दूरी तक के सभी क्षेत्ल ।
