NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 29th September 1977
S.O. 692 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Equal Remuneration Act , 1976 ( 25 of 1976 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the second day of October , 1977 , as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in respect of employments in relation to agriculture and activities allied to agriculture specified in the Schedule annexed hereto.

उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट कृषि तथा कृषि से सम्बद्ध क्रिया- कलापो से सम्बन्धित नियोजनों के बारे में प्रबूत होगा ।
अनुसूची
कृषि सम्बन्षी उत्पावन :
1. आनज की फसलें ( धान , गेंहूं, ज्वार, बाजरा , मक्का , रागी , जौ, चना, इत्यादि ) ।
2. दालें ( अरहर, मूग , मसूर , उड़द आदि ) ।
3. कच्ची कपास ।
4 कच्चा जूट , मेस्ता ।
5. सन्न हैम्प और अन्य सजातीय रेशें ।
6 तिलहनों का उत्पादन , जैसे तिल , मूंगफली , तोरिया, सरसों, अलसी , अरण्डी के बीज, इत्यादि ।
7. गমা ।
8. मूल व कन्द, सब्जिया , पान , सिंघाड़ा, लाल मिर्च और मसाले । ( काली मिर्च और इलायची को छाड़कर ) और फूल और पौधों के भाग ।
9. कृषि सम्बन्धी ऐसे उत्पादन जो अन्यत्र वर्गीीकृत नहीं हैं ।
पशु भन उत्पावन :
10. मवेशी और बकरी पालन , पालन पौषण , पणु संबर्धन आदि और दूध का उत्पादन ।
11. भेड़े पालन पौषण तथा ऊन का उन्त्पादन ।
12. घोडो, खच्चरों, ऊंटों और अन्य भारवाही पशुओं का पालन पोषण ।
13. सुअर और अन्य पशुओं का पालन पौषण ।
14. बस्तकों, मुर्गियों और अन्य पक्षियों का पालन पौषण और अण्डों का उत्पादन करना ।
15. मधु मखियां पालन और शहद व मौम का उत्पादन करना ।
16. रेशम के कीड़े पालना , रेशम कोश और कच्चे रेशम का उत्पादन ।
17. पशु पालन तथा पशुधन से उत्पादित वस्तुएं जो अन्यत्र वर्गीकृत न हो ।

18. कीटनाश , छिड़काव , और संक्रमित तनों की छंटाई ।
19. सिंचाई प्रणालियो का संचालन ।
20. पशुओ के ऊन की कटाई तथा पशु सेवाए ( पशु चिकित्सा सेवाओं को छोड़कर ) ।
21. कृषि और पशुओ से उत्पन्न वस्तुओं का श्रेणीकरण ।
22. बागवानी और नर्सरी सेवाएं ।
23. भूमि संरक्षण ।
24. भूमि परीक्षण जैसी वैज्ञानिक सेवाएं ।

आलेट, पाशन और आलेट प्रचार :
26. वाणिजियक प्रयोजनों के लिए शिकार करना , पाशन और आखेट प्रचार ( खेलकूद से भिन्न प्रयोजनो के लिए )
वनविद्या और लट्ठ बनाना :
27. वनरोपण , वन पुनरोपण तथा वन संरक्षण ।
28 लट्ठे वृक्ष गिराना और काटना , खुरदरे, गोल चीरे हुए या पानी में बहाए जाने वाले लठ्ठ ( अनुषगी बुलाई, सहित ) ।
29. वनों के उपयोग द्वारा इधन का उत्पादन ( जला कर तैयार किये जाने वाले लकड़ी के कोयले सहित ) ।
30. वमों का लाभ उठाते हुए चारा एकत्र करना ।
31. बनो का लाभ उठाकर , जैसे गोद, विरोजा , लाख , छालें, जड़ी बूटियां , जगली फल व पत्ते जैसे बिना खेती वाली सामग्री एकत्र करना ।
32. अन्य वन पदार्थ जो अन्यत्र वर्गीकृत न हो, जैसे मुध ।

33. महासागर , समुद्र में और समुद्र तट में मछनी पकड़ना ।

36. मोतियों , शग्त्रों, सीपियो, स्पंजो और समुद्री उत्पादो का संग्रह ।

S.O. 693 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Equal Remuneration Act , 1976 ( 25 of 1976 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the employments in relations to agriculture and activities allied to agri- culture specified in the Schedule annexed hereto , culture the purpose of constitu- tion of one or more Advisory Committees by the appropriate Government to advise it with regard to the extent to which women may be employed in such employments.
