New Delhi , the 30th September 1977
SO. 695 ( E ) . -Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 566 ( E ) , dated the 1st October , 1975 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) declared that ( a ) enactments or portions thereof , as the case may be , specified in the Schedule to the sald Order shall not apply to the industrial un- dertaking known as Amritsar Sugar Mills Co. Ltd , Amritsar ( hereinafter refer- red to as the sald industrial undertaking ) in so far as it relates to the factory known as Amritsar Oil Works , Amritsar ( hereinafter referred to as the said fac- tory) , and ( b ) the operation of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements . settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force ( other than those relating to secured liabilitiesties to banks and financial institutions ) to which the said industrial undertaking is a party in so far as they related to the said fac- tory, or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and all the rights , privileges obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for a period of one year commencing from the 1st October , 1975 ,

And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of In- dustry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No SO 643 ( E ) , dated 29th Sep- tember , 1976 , the duration of the said Order was extended upto the 30th Septem- ber , 1977 ,
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended by a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st of March , 1978 ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) , of seculon 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st March , 1978 .

का० प्रा० 695 ( प्र ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) को धारा 18 च ख को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग कर । हुए भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और नागरिक पूर्ति मन्त्रालय औद्योगिक विकास विभाग के आदेश सख्या का ० श्रा ० 566 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 अक्टूबर , 1975 ( जिते इसने इसके पश्चात उक्त श्रादेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा यह घोषणा की थी कि (क) उक्त श्रादेश को अनुसूची मै विनिदिष्ट यथास्थिति , अधिनियमिततिया या उनके प्रभाग अमृतसर शुगर मिला कम्पनी लिमिटेड , अमृतसर नामक औद्योगि उपक्रम को ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है ) , जहां तक उसका संबंध अमृतसर आयल वर्क्स , अभूतसर नामक कारखाने से है ( जिने इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त कारखाना कहा गया है) लागू नही होंगे , और ( ख) ऐनो सभी प्रवृत्त संविदाओं, संपत्ति के हस्तान्तरण - पत्रो, करारों व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी आदेगो या अन्य लिखतों ( उनसे भिन्न जिनका संबंध बैंकों और वितोय सध्याम्रो के प्रतिभूति दायित्वो में है ) का प्रवनन जिनका, उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम , जहा तक उनका संबंध उक्त कारखाने से है , एक पक्षकार है , या जो उसे राजपत्त्र में उक्त आदेश के प्रकाशन को तागेव से ठीक पूर्व लागू हो, और उक्त तारीख के पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रोदभूत या उदभून सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताएं और दायित्व 1 अक्टूबर , 1975 से प्रारम्भ होने वानी एक वर्ष की अवधि तक निलंबित रहेगे
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) को आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 643 ( अ ) , तारोज 29 सितम्बर , 1976 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि 30 सितम्बर , 1977 तक बड़ादी गई थी
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त प्रादेश की अवधि 31 मार्च, 1978 तक जिसो यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , के लिए और बड़ा की जानी चाहिए ;

अत. , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 च ख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की अवधि 31 मार्च , 1978 तक, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , के लिए और बढ़ाती है ।
