RESOLUTION

New Delhi the 1st October 1977

No. V.17020/25/77-ME(PG).—In pursuance of Resolution No. V.17020/25/77- ME(PG), dated the 13th May, 1977, the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare appointed a One-man Commission consisting of Dr. K. Nagappa Alva to inquire into and report on various matters as set out in the terms of reference specified in the said Resolution and the Commission was to submit its report to the Central Government not later than the 30th September, 1977.

The Government of India have now derided that the Commission shall submit its report to the Central Government not later than the 15th December. 1977
