S.O. 704(E).'—In pursuance of item (a) of clause 2 of the Scooters (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1960, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India the late Ministry of Industrial Development No SO 2157 dated the 31st July, 1972, the Central Government hereby appoints, Shri S K. Malhotra, Under Secretary, Ministry of Industry(De partment of Heavy Industry) as Controller of Scooters for the purposes of the said Order, vice Shri S Ganesapandian.
