S.O. 705(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2)of section 9 of the Smith, Stamstreed and company Limited ("Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1977 (13 of 1977) Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the appointed day and until further orders, Indian Drugs and Pharmaceutical Limited, a Government Company having its rigistered office at N-12, South Extension, Part-I, New Delhi 49, as the Custodian of the Undertaking of Mesrs Smith, Stanstreed and Company Limited, having its, registered office at 18, Convent Road , Calcutta-14, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said ordinance.
