SO 706(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 16B of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce, No. S O. 518 (E), dated the 4th July, 1977, namely: —
In pargraph 2 of the said order, for the words "ninety days" the figures and word "150 days" shall be substituted.
