G.SR 629(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Gresham and Craven of India (Private) Limited Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1977 (14 of 1977), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the Gresham and Craven of India (Private) Limited and the right, title and interest in relation to its undertakings, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Ordinance, shall, as from the 1st day of August, 1977, vest in the Braithwaite and Company Limited.
