NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September 1977
S.O, 708(E) —In pursuance of sub-section (5) of Section 80 of the Punjab Reorganisation Act 1908 (31 of 1966), the Central Government hereby transfers, with immediate effect, the components of the Beas project, namely, 220 KV Single Circuit Bhatinda-Jamalpur line and 220 KV D C Gangawal-Jamalpur line, in relation to which the construction has been completed, to the Bhakra Beas Management Board constituted under Section 79. read with sub-section (6) of Section 80, of the said Act.
