G.S.R. 631 ( E) .-In exerc se of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 , ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Governments concerned , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966 , namely -
I ( 1 ) Those Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Serv ce ( F xat er of Cedre Stren- gth) Third Amendment Regulations , 1977 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India
2 In the Schedule to the Ind an Foret Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) ' Regulations 1966 , for the headings "Bihar " , " Madhya Pradesh " and " West Bengal " and the entries occuring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely -

सा० का ० ति० 631 ( प्र) भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठिन अश्विन भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रश्न शक्तियो का प्रोत करने हुए , के - द्रशेव मरकार सम्बन्धिन राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय वन मेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनानी है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) तृतीय संशोधन विनियम , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजयत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2 भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम 1966 की अनुसूची मे " बिहार " " मध्य प्रदेश" तथा " पश्चिम बंगाल " शीर्षको तथा उनके नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्ननिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात् --

G.S.R. 632 (E) .- 11 exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service (Pay ) RileRule , 1965 ,65 , the Central Goverament in consultation with the State Governments concer- ned hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules , 1968 , namely :
1. ( 1 ) Tese Rides may be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay ) Fourth Amendment Rules 1977 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of Ir dia .
2. In Schedule III to the Indian Forest Service ( Pay) Rules , 1968 ;

सा० का ० ति ० 632 ( प्र ) . भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाए अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार सम्बन्धित राज्य सरकारो के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1968 मे और आगे सणोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है , अर्थात्
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) चतुर्थ सणोधन , नियम , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र मे प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवत्त होगे ।
2 भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 की अनुसूयी- III मे ,
(i) " क- राज्य सरकारो के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा मे समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद" शीर्षक के नीचे सारणी मे बिहार , मध्य प्रदेश तथा पश्चिम बंगाल राज्यो के सामने कालम 2 तथा 3 मे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर क्रमश निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी
