No. DRAWBACK/PN-42/77.—Under rule 3 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Tables published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-I dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time :—

No. DRAWBACK/PN-43/77.—Under rult 4 of the Customs and Cential Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No 52/F/N0 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hertby makes the tollowing am:ndment in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-i dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time :—.

(1; the shipments made by the exporter in discharge of his export obligation in respect ot import of rough diamonds under the advance licences iisued by the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports.

(,ii) shipments of Cut and polished diamonds manufactured out of rough diamonds imported against replenishment licences or Release orders usued by the licensing authorities, subiect to the tollowing conditions.
