G34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iii) and (iv) of rule 8 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955, the Central Govern- ment hereby approved the Food (Health) Authorities of all States and Union Territories except Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya , Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Goa, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep and Miroram, for providing training in Food Inspec- tion and sampling work as provided in the said clauses for a period of one year from the date of publication of the notification In the Official Gazette
