No. PEP(4)/76.—In pursuance of the powers conferred on them by Section 3(l)(a) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. R Pal as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip with effect from the date he takes over and until further orders.
