NOTIFICATION
Bombay, the 13'th October 1977
S.O. 712(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Clause 22 of the Cotton Textile (Control) Order 1448, I hereby make the following further amend- ment to the Textile Commissioner's Notification No CER./3/69 dated 19th Septem- ber, 1969 namely
In the said Notification.
(1) In paragraph VIII sub para 2(a) after the figure III, and before the figure IV the figures IIIA, IIIB, IIIC and IIID shall be included. (2) In paragraph VIII, for Clause (4) the following shall be substituted, namely
"(4) No price marking other than those prescribed in paragraph IIIA, IIIB, IIIC and IIID above shall be stamped on non-controlled cloth,"
