ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th, October 1977
SO 719(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Pulses and Edible Oils (Storage Control) Order, 1977, namely —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Pulses and Edible Oils (Storage Control) Amendment Order, 1977.
(2) It shall come into force at once
2 In clause 4 of the Pulses and Edible Oils (Storage Control) Order, 1977, in the tabular portion, in the entries relating to "(11) Edible oils including vanaspati", in the column under the heading "Wholesaler", for the brackets and words "(for all edible oils, excluding vanasnati taken together)", the brackets and words "(for all edible oils, except those imported from abroad and vanaspati, taken together)" shall be substituted
