New Delhi, the 17th October 1977
G S.R 648(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of article 37 ID of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment), Order, 1975, namely —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Fourth amendment Order, 1977.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employ- ment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975, for the words "twenty-four months", the words "twenty-seven months" shall be substituted
