EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 17th October 1977

S.O. 724(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports

and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby

makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977,

namely:—

1. This order may be called the Exports (Control) Twenty second Amend-

ment Order, 1977.

2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the

following item shall be added after item No. 70(xi).—

"70(xii) Export to Cotonou. Lome and Accra (Ghana) of Real Madras

Handkerchiefs (RMHK)".
