SO 727(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 of the Smith, Stanistreet and Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings Ordinance, 1977 (10 of 1977), the Central Government hereby specifies the 1st day of November, 1977, as the date for the purpose of section 17 of the said Ordinance Every person having a claim against the company shall prefer such claim before the Commissioner of Payments at Room No 222, A-Wing Shastn Bhavan, Dr Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi-110001
