MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 18th October 1977
S.O. 729 (E)/18E/IDRA/77.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in. the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. 512(E), dated the 30th July, 1976. issued under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised a Board of Management to take over the manage- ment of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. National Company Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein,
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 18E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies, in the Schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Companies Act, 1958 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the notified Order under section 18AA.
THE SCHEDULE
Exceptions, restrictions and limitations to which the provision mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the undertaking Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956
