SO 733(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an indus- trial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the management of Central Coal Washeries Organisation, Hindustan Steel Limited, Saraidhella, Dhanbad and their workmen in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto annexed,
And whereas, the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the said dispute for ad]udicatlon,
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub- section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal No 1, Dhanbad, constituted under section 7A of the said Act

S(U>S.O 734(E).—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No L 1>UO12/2.W77-D HKA)(D, dated the 19th October, 1977, an industrial dispute between the management of ft±essrs Central Coal Washenes Organisation, Hindustan Steel Limited, Saraidhella, Dhanbad and their workmen has been referred to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal No 1, Dhanbad lor adjudication,
Now. therefore, in exercise ol the poweis conferred by sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Govern- ment hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence on the date of the said rof'eience in the said establishment m connection with the said dispute.
