G.SR. 652 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 388-Customs, dated 2nd August, 1076, namely —
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st October, 1977", the figures letters and word "31st December, 1977" shall be substituted
