New Delhi , the 27th October 1977
G.S.R. 653 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 and sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation No G.SR 483 ( E ) , dated the 11th July , 1977 , and the limits of usage of refined vegetable oils specified in sub - clause ( a ) of clause ( 2) of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Vegetable Oil Products (Standard of Quality ) Order , 1975 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby prescribes the limits specified in column ( 3 ) of the Table below as the limits of usage of the vegetable oil specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) of the said Table in the manufacture of vegetable oil product ( other than products manufactured for non - edible industrial use ) in the regions specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table for the period specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 4 ) of the sand Table

सा ० का ० ति ० 653 (अ ) - वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 के खंड 4 के उप खंड ( 1 ) तथा खंड 4ख के उप खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के नागरिक पूति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय के श्रादेश संख्या सा ० का ० नि० 483 (श्र ) तारीख 11 जुलाई, 1977 और वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश, 1975 को प्रथम अनुसूची के पैरा 2 के खंड ( 2 ) के उपखंड ( क ) में विनिर्दिष्ट परिष्कृत वनस्पति तेलों के उपयोग की सीमाओं को श्रधिक्रांत करते हुए , भारत का वनस्पति रेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाओं को, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों में वनस्पति रेल उत्पाद ( जो अखाद्य श्रौद्योगिक प्रयोग के लिए विनिर्मित उत्पादों से भिन्न हो ) के विनिर्माण में उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि मे विनिर्दिष्ट वनस्पति तेल के उपयोग की सीमाओं के रूप में विहित करते है ।
