New Delhi, the '31st October 1977
S.O, 740(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) of clause (h) of section 2 of the Indian Iron and Steel Company (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1976 (89 of 1976), the Central Government hereby specifies the 15th November, 1877 as the date on or before which the instrument of transfer of share referred to in that sub-clause shall be delivered to the Commissioner for the purposes of that sub-clause.
