SO. 742 ( E ) Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No S.O 695 ( E ) / 18AA/IDRA/ 72, dated the 3rd November , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the manage- ment of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Ganesh Flour Mills Com- pany Limited, Delhi had been taken over for a period of five years;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of two years ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65) of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall conti- nue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd November , 1979,

फा० प्रा० 742 ( प्र) . भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० भा० 695 ( श्र) / 18 कक/ आई डी आर ए/ 72 , तारीख, 3 नवम्बर , 1972 ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा मैसर्स गणेश फ्लोर मिल्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड , दिल्ली नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण कर लिया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोक हित मे यह समीचीन है कि उक्त आदेश और दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहना चाहिए ;
अतः अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 2 नवम्बर, 1979 तक, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, और प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

8.O. 743 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act 1951 ( 65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the followingfollo amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) No S.O. 55 ( E ) / 18AA /IDRA / 75 , dated the 23rd January , 1976 , namely-
1. In paragraph 1 of the sald Order , in item ( 11 ) , for the words and figures "2nd November , 1977 " , the words and figures "2nd February , 1978 " shall be substituted .
2. In paragraph 2 of the said Order ,-
(i ) for item 2, the following item shall be substituted , namely "2 Shri P Subrahmanyam , IAS Chief Director , Directorate of Vanas- pati, Vegetable Oils and Fats, Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation , New Delhi . " ;
(11) items 8 and 9 shall be omitted

का०प्रा ० 743 ( भ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और मागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय (श्रऔद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आंवेश सं ० कर ० आ० 55 ( अ ) / 1 हकक/ शाई डी आर ए/ 75 , तारीख 23 जनवरी , 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: --
1. उक्त आवेश के पैरा 1 में, मद ( ii ) में, " 2 नवम्बर , 1977 " शब्द 'भौर अंक के स्थान पर , " 2 फरवरी , 1978" शब्द और अंके रखे जाएंगे ।

2. उक्त श्रदेश के पैरा 2 में,--
( i ) मद 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्: --
" 2. श्री पी० सुब्रह्मण्यम् आई ए एस मुख्य निदेशक , वनस्पति , वनस्पति तेल और वसा , निदेशालय , नागरिक पृति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली । " ;
( ii ) मद 8 और 9 निकाल दी जाएगी ।.
