G S.R 671(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of sec tion 25 of the Customs Act 1952 (52 of 1962) the central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do hereby exempts viscose tow falling within Chapter id of the First Schedule to The Customs Trade Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) when imported to India trade the whereof the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said first Schedule and the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 8 of the second mentioned Act
2 This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1977

2I 00 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY ^AHT II—S". 1U)'(J.S.R. 672(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 19fl2), read with sub-section (4) of sec- tion 3 of the Finance Act, JH77 (11 of 1977), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts viscose tow, when imported into India, from the whole of the auxiliary duty of customs leviable thereon under sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Finance Act.
2 This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1977,
