"

1 Insert the words "Written statement" and a comma thereafter at the beginning of Regulation No 6
2. The first word 'If in Regulation No, 6 as it exists be read as 'if 3 The article 'a' occurring in line 4 of Regulation No 6 after the word 'to' and before the word 'above' be deleted
