S.O. 745(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Oaths Act, 1969, (44 of 1969), the Central Govern- ment hereby empowers Shri N K. Prasad, Deputy Secretary in the Commission of Inquiry constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No S O 375 (E) dated the 30th May, 1977 (relating to Maruti Affairs), to administer oaths and affirmations for the purpose of affi- davits filed with the said Commission.
