SO 746(E).—18AA/IDRA/77 — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No S O 56(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated 23rd January, 1976, namely:—
In paragraph 2 of the said Order,—
(1) for item 2, the following item shall be substituted, namely: —
"2 Shri P Subrahmanyam, IAS, Chief Director, Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats, Ministry of Civil Supplies and Coopera- tion, New Delhi."
(ii) items 8 and 9 shall be omitted.
