New Delhi, the 4th November, 1977
S.O. 749(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 5 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rules 3 and 5 of the Delhi Transport Corporation (Members) Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri C. L Rath] resident of House No 105, Gall No, 5, Krishan Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi as a member of the Delhi Transport Corporation vice Prof. Sumer Chand, resigned and makes the follow- ing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport wing) No SO 338 (E), dated the 1st May. 1976, namely —
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for the entry against Item (viii), the entry.
"Shri C. L. Rathi, House No. 105, Gali No. 5, Krishan Nagar," Safdarjung
Enclave, New Delhi" shall be substituted
