NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th November 1977
G.S.R 686 (E)-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), the Central Government hereby declares the manufacture of Fire Works, Agarbatties, Lime- Stone, Lime-Shell and other lime products to bo a village industry to which the said Act applies and consequently amends the Schedule to the said Act as follows, namely—'
(i) In the said Schedule, for serial No 2, the following shall be substituted, namely — "Cottage Match Industry, Manufacture of Fireworks and Agarbatties"' (ii) In the said Schedule for serial No. 12 the following shall be substituted namely — "Lime Stone, Lime Shell and other Lime products industry".
