New Delhi, the 8th November 1977
S.O 759(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Com- missions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) No S.O 365 (E), dated the 23rd May, 1977, published at pages 1977 to 1981 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) dated the 23rd May, 1977, namely.—
In paragraph 4 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 1st day of December, 1977", the words, figures and letters "the 30th day of June, 1978" shall be substituted
