G.S.R. 688 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 33 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) the Central Government hereby makes , with effect from the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette the following alterations in the First Schedule to the said Act, namely
In Part VII of the First Schedule to the said Act , in the entries relating to the Port of Mormugao in column 3 for the words " Not exceeding Rupee one and fifty paise per ton " , wherever they occur , the words " Not exceeding rupee five per ton" shall be substituted

में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन की समाप्ति से उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम श्रनुसूची में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन करती है , अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची के भाग VII मे, मारमुगाव पत्तन से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियो में, स्तम्भ 3 मे, " एक रुपया और पचास पैसे प्रति टन से अधिक " शब्दो के स्थान पर , जहा कही भी वे आये हो, शब्द "पाच रुपाए प्रति टन से अनधिक" रखे जायेंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 33 , read with section 34 , of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) and in superses- sion of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing ) , No GSR- 39 ( E ) , dated the 7th July , 1975, the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the day following the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette , port dues shall he levied on vessels entering the Port of Mormugao and described in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed at the rates specified in column ( 2 ) thereof and at the time fixed in column ( 3 ) of the said Schedule

सा० का० नि० 689 ( प्र ) भ. केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम , 1908 (1908 का 15 ) की धारा 34 के साथ पठित धारा 33 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये , तथा भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परि- वहन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना मा० का ० नि ० सं ० 399 ( ई ) तारीख 7 जुलाई , 1975, को अधिक्रान्त करते हुये , निदेश करती है कि, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन के अवसान के ठीक श्रागामी दिन से , मारमुगावो पत्तन में प्रवेश करने वाले तथा इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) मे वर्णित , जलयानों पर, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) मे दी गई दरों पर , तथा स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में नियत समय पर पत्तन शुल्क उद्- ग्रहणीय होगे ।

G.S.R. 690 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 35 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Port of Mormugao Pilotage ( Fees ) Order , 1967 , namely.-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Port of Mormugao Pilotage (Fees ) Second Amendment Order , 1977 .
(2) It shall come into orce at one

Detention Fee
( 1) If the vessel is not able to move within thirty minutes of the pilot board- Ing it for the purpose of pilotage , it shall be liable to pay an extra charge at the rate of Rs 120 / - per half an hour or past thereof beyond thirty minutes , till it moves.
( ii) If the movement of a vessel is cancelled after the pilot has boardedit , a cancellation charge of Rs . 300 00 shall be levied .
(iii ) If the movement of a vessel is cancelled within two hours before the pilot has boarded It , a cancellation charge of Rs 300 00 shall be levied .

(1V) If an outward bound vessel carried away a pilot outside the Port limits due to bad weather , compensation at the rate of Rs . 180.00 per day shall be payable by the master of the vessel till the pilot reports back for duty at the Port In addition , the board and loading expenses of the pilot on board the ship and the cost of sending him back to the port shall also be payable by the master of the vessel .
NOTE - Facilities do not exist at present in the Port for the pilotage of vessels in hours beyond the daylight hours

सा ० का ० नि० 690 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम , 1908 (1908 का 15) की धारा 35 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुये , मारमुगाओ पत्तन मार्गदर्शन ( फीस ) आदेश , 1967 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम मारमुगाओ पत्तन मार्गदर्शन (फोस ) द्वितीय सशोधन आदेश, 1977 है ।
( 2 ) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. मारयुगाश्रो पत्तन मार्गदर्शन ( फीस ) आदेश , 1967 में, अनुसूची के भाग क के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

टिप्पण.-उपर्युक्त प्रभार कर्षनाव महायता के अलावा है । कर्षनाव के प्रयोग के लिए प्रभार , बन्दरगाह और रेल दरो की अनुसूची की क्रम सं ० 76 और 76 ( क ) द्वारा शासित होगे ।
रुकाई प्रभार .
( i ) यदि मार्गदर्शन के प्रयोजनार्थ , पाइलट के जलयान में चढ़ने के तीस मिनट के भीतर जलयान चलने में समर्थ न न हो तो वह जब तक उसका संचलन न हो तब तक के लिए प्रति आधे घंटे या उसके भाग के लिए 120.00 रुपए की दर से अतिरिक्त प्रभार का सदा करने के लिए दायी होगा ।
( ii ) यदि जलयान में पाइलट के चढ़ने के पश्चात् उसका सचलन रद्द कर दिया जाए तो 300 00 रु ० रद्दकरण प्रभार उद्ग्रहणीय किया जाएगा ।
( iii ) यदि जलयान मे पाइलट के चढ़ने से दो घण्टे पूर्व उसका संचलन रद्द कर दिया जाए तो 300 00 रु ० रद्दकरण प्रभार उद्ग्रहीत किया जाएगा ।
( iv ) यदि कोई बाध्यगामी जलयान , खराब मौसम के कारण पाइलट को पत्तन- सीमाओं से बाहर ले जाए तो जब तक कि पाइलट पत्तन पर वापिस पहुंच कर ड्यूटी के लिए रिपोर्ट न करे, जलयान के मास्टर द्वारा 180 00 प्रति दिन की दर से प्रतिकर देय होगा । इसके अतिरिक्त , पांत पर पाइलट के आवास और भोजन का खर्च तथा उर्म पत्तन वापिस भेजने की व्यय भी जलयान के मास्टर द्वारा सदेय होगा ।
टिप्पण-सप्रति पत्तन में, दिन के प्रकाश के घटो के बाद के समय के लिए जलयानी के मार्गदर्शन के लिए सुविधाये विद्यमान नही है ।
