New Delhi , the 9th November 1977
G.S.R. 691 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of sec- tion 33 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) , the Central Government hereby makes , with eflect from the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette , the following alterations in the first Sche- dule to the said Act , namely.-
In part I of the first Schedule to the said Act for the entries relating to the Port of Paradip , in column 3 , for the words " Not exceeding one rupee and fifty paise per ton " , wherever they occur , the words " Not exceeding five rupees per ton" shall be substituted

हुए, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन की समाप्ति से, उक्त अधिनियम को प्रथम अनुमुचो मे निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिनियम को प्रथम अनुसूची के भाग 1 मे, पारादीप पत्तन से सबंधित प्रविष्टियो के स्तम्भ ३ मे, " प्रति टन एक रुपया पचास पैसे से अनधिक" शब्दों के स्थान पर , जहा कहो भो वे आए हो, " प्रति टन पाच रुपए से अधिक " शब्द रखे जायेगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 33 read with section 34 , of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) , the Central Government hereby makes , the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing ) No GSR - 384 ( E ) , dated the Ist July , 1975 , with effect from the day following the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette , namely.-
In the said notification, in column ( 2 ) , for the letters and figures " Rs . 150 " , wherever they occur , the letters and figures " Rs . 188 " shall be substituted .

पत्तन अधिनियम , 1908 सा० का ० मि० 692 ( श्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय (1908 का 15) की धारा 34 के साथ पठित धारा 33 की उप-धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष) की अधिसूचना म ० सा ० का ० ति ० 384 (असा ०) , तारीख 1 जुलाई, 1975 मे, राजपत्त्र मे इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से माठ दिन की समाप्ति के पश्चात्वर्ती दिन से, निम्नलिखित मशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में , स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में , " 1.50 रु ०" अको और अक्षर के स्थान पर जहा कही भो वे श्राए हो. " 1.88 रु ०" श्रक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 35 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 ( 15 of 1903 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing ) , No GSR - 385 ( E ) , dated the Ist July , 1975 , namely.-
1. Short title and commencement .- ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Port of Paradıp Pilotage ( Fees ) Amendment Order , 1977 .
( 2 ) It shall come into force at once
2 In the Port of Paradıp Pilotage ( Fees ) Order, 1975 ,-
( a) In clause 4 ,-
( 1 ) In sub -clause ( i ) for the letters and figures " R's 1,000 " , the letters and figures "Rs 1,250 " shall be substituted ,
(11) in sub - clause ( ii ) for the letters and figures " Rs 1,500 " , the letters and figures " Rs . 1,875 " shall be substituted ,
( ilı) in sub - clause ( 111 ) for the letters and figures " Rs 1,000 " , the letters and figures " Rs 1,250 " shall be substituted.
(IV) in sub - clause ( iv ) for the letters and figures " Rs . 2,000 " , the letters and figures " Rs 2,500 " shall be substituted,
(b ) in the Schedule , for the entries in column ( 3 ) , the following entries shall be substituted , namely'-

सा ० का ० नि ० 693 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का 15) को बारा 35 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं ० सा० का ० नि० 385 ( असा ० ), तारीव्र 1 जुलाई , 1975 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्
1 संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) इस श्रादेश का संक्षिप्त नाम पारादीप पत्तन मार्गदर्शन ( फोस ) सशोधन श्रादेश , 1977 है ।
( 2 ) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2 पारादीप पत्तन मार्गदर्शन ( फीस ) आदेश , 1975 मे,--
(क ) खण्ड 4 मे, --
( i ) उपखण्ड ( i ) मे , " 1,000 रु ० " अको और अक्षर के स्थान पर , " 1,250 रु ० अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएगे,
( ii ) उपखण्ड ( ii ) मे , " 1,500 रु ० " अको और अक्षर के स्थान पर, " 1,875 रु ० " अक और अक्षर रखे जाएगे ,
( iii ) उपखण्ड ( iii ) मे, " 1,000 रु ० " अंको और अक्षर के स्थान पर , " 1,250 रु ० " अक और अक्षर रखे जाएगे,
( iv ) उपखण्ड ( iv ) मे, " 2,000 रु ० ' अंको और अक्षर के स्थान पर , " 2,500 रु ० " प्रंक और अक्षर रखे जाएगे ,
(ख ) अनुसूची मे , स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्
"अन्तर्गमन 0 62 बहिर्गमन 0.62 अन्तर्गमन 0 94 बहिर्गमन 0 94 625 ८० प्रति जलयान । "
