ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th November 1977
S.O "761(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (1(1 of 1953), the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Sec- tion 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the cattle fodder or any of the varieties specified in the Schedule here to annexed, be excisable also by the Government of the State of Haryana in that State
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of Its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 30th day of June, 1978 THE SCHEDULE Varieties of Cattle Fodder
